Jax Pasimio like Daniel de la Cruz is a home grown La Sallian product being a graduate of Behavioral Sciences from DLSU. She composes her illustrations with her flora centered in backdrops of white, further complementing them in recurring figures that emphasize the complexity of her highly detailed abstractions. Her signature pointillist technique bears a visual experience that appears as if the flowers unveil themselves beyond the borders of their white walls – establishing a greater connection that transcends to themes of visual poetry, as the names of each floral composition perfectly embody the resonant characteristics that it spiritually denotes.
“Green Light 2024” features over 30 top artists and 50 works inspired by the color green and the values that a La Sallian education has instilled in us. Green Light is a fund raising exhibit for the benefit of the projects of the LSGH Alumni Association.
