How to Avail the Discount:
1. Shop in-store at any Icon Golf and Sports branch.
2. At checkout, present your valid, original LSGHAA Lifetime Membership ID.
3. The cashier will:
Photocopy your ID (required per transaction)
Record the following on the copy:
Receipt Number
Date of Transaction
Gross Amount of Purchase
Net Amount of Purchase
Signature of the Customer
Important Reminders:
Promo is valid for in-store purchases only.
ID must be original, unexpired, and clearly show your name and photo.
Discount is not applicable to consigned items, services, or already discounted products.
Alumni ID must be presented before payment – no retroactive discounts.
One discount per transaction per alumni ID.
