LSGHAA and LSGH-SACB Officially Launch JJ Project Big Brother for Grade 6 Students for S.Y. 2026–2027
Last July 29, 2026, the LSGH Alumni Association (LSGHAA), represented by JJ Project Big Brother Chairman Joey Recio ’91 and President Louie Orosa ’89, together with the LSGH Student Affairs Central Body (LSGH-SACB), represented by Mr. Mark Gilbert Rehoy and Ms. Jeanne Medina, officially launched the first JJ Project Big Brother session of School Year 2026–2027 for grade 6 students.
Carrying the theme “Beyond Middle School: Almost a High Schooler,” this JJPBB session brought together several LSGH alumni, particularly from the younger generation of graduates, who generously shared their personal experiences and insights on transitioning from Grade School to High School. They spoke about the challenges they encountered, the expectations they had versus the realities of High School life, and how the Lasallian values they learned in LSGH guided and strengthened them as they embraced this new chapter of their journey.
The session is concluded on a joyful note as the LSGHAA presented the alumni speakers with simple tokens of appreciation in recognition of their time, effort, and commitment to giving back to our alma mater.
We once again thank all of our speakers for generously sharing their time, experiences, and wisdom with the next generation of Lasallians. We look forward to seeing everyone again in the upcoming JJ Project Big Brother sessions throughout the school year.
